World only mini Perfusion-SUB integrating O-SUP, HFF and SUS

Mini P-SUB for cell retention in perfusion mode cultivation in a fully single-use setup. The Pulsating-Tangential-Flow (PTF) integrate a Single-Use-Bioreactor (SUB), a Clio One-way-Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP), Single-Use-Sensor's (SUS), and the single-use Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF). This remarkable and only small Perfusion-SUB in the world opens up for many new opportunities.

General features of CellMembra-500 P-SUB:

  • No space consuming servo motor attached to the head plate - take advantage of Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD)
  • Vessel cover, head plate designed with 4 Single-Use-Sensor ports and 6 ports for In&Out with small ID hoses
  • One-way circulated broth volume fully programmable and obtained velocity accurately measured and displayed – no guessing - see O-SUP spec
  • HFF with 0.2 µm pore, 14 x 1.0 mm PES straw/lumen, 88 cm2 area, Luer-Lok side ports, (like D02-P20U-10-N) (or your preferred HFF)
  • The fully pre-assembled P-SUB unit is packed in dual film bags and precision irradiated – forget the autoclave
  • SUB dimension is OD 82 x 120 mm for Working Volume (WV) ranging from 100 ml up to 250 ml
  • Thermal control either electrical or with water - Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) available for 48 VDC, or for 110 VAC, or for 230 VAC, or for water

The HSF (Heating-Support-Foot) helps stabilize the low SUB weight, the weight distribution and improve temperature accuracy. Center photo as mounted in liquid heated Heating-Support-Foot (HSF-W). Red Laser sensor mounted in the white Re-Usable-Bracket above the dome of the Clio-30 O-SUP. Clotho Drive Unit require only the cable to the Laser sensor and the blue pneumatic hose to drive the SUP.

  2. One port specific for VisiWell Single-Use-Well (SUW) designed for 120 mm VisiFerm (RUS) DO sensor
  3. One port specific for the Futura-PICO bio-mass Single-Use-Sensor 
  4. One PG 13.5 port for SuctionTrunk, combines both In & Out for the SUP and level sensor (100, 150, 200, 250 ml) for PCS connection
