Avoid blocking of the sterile exhaust filter causing over pressure in the SUB or SUF by keeping the filter at constant elevated temperature.
It’s a great idea to add a heater to the exhaust sterile filter. The 40-50°C insures the filter do not condensate liquids and block. The white sky-support carries various filters and the 500 ml foam collection vessel hanging in the sterile filter encapsulated in the filter heater.
One excellent example for sterile filter and Sterile-Filter-Heater is the sky-support carrier.
It’s a great idea to add a heater pocket covering the exhaust sterile filter. The pocket keep constant 40-50°C above room temperature which insures the sterile filter do not condensate liquids and block. Available in sizes for flat 16 cm2 and 26 cm2 surface area round filters. Connects to 110-230 VAC with plugs for EU, UK, US.
