CellMembra™ for high cell density cultivation 

 

Our design of various perfusion concept's came out of work at customer site 2014 – request for high cell density mammalian cell line cultivated in suspension, or cells adhered to micro-carriers, semi-permeable membrane cell retention. Single-Use-Sensor's for DO, pH and bio-mass. Broth circulation by Single-Use-Pump's able to deal with mix of gas and liquid combined with level sensing for Working Volume control. One size for use in the bioBLOCK and others for parallel operation - all single-use, pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the bag.

What a challenge - but we created world first range of Perfusion-SUBs - satisfying all the wishes.
