CellMembra™ keep the HFF clean at high cell density in TFF mode
Our design of various perfusion concept's came out of work at customer site 2014 – request for high cell density mammalian cell line cultivated in suspension, or cells adhered to micro-carriers, semi-permeable membrane cell retention. Single-Use-Sensor's for DO, pH and bio-mass. Broth circulation by Clio Single-Use-Pump's able to deal with a mix of gas and liquid combined with level sensing for Working Volume (WV) control.
The smallest size for use even in the 110 mm DASbox and others in parallel operation - all single-use, pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the bag.
