Do-it-Yourself ATF 250 ml kit for Modular

Traditional desktop ATF depends on quite a long fluid path from bioreactor passing hoses and connectors before reaching the HFF and to the diaphragm pump. 

Avoid unwanted dead-volume in said fluid path and shear stress passing Luer-Loc connections. The inverted Thalia LASER guided diaphragm pump on top of HFF cannot accumulate cells. 

The DIY (ver-C) kit includes; 1-SepraPor HFF, 2-deep tube, 3-micro porous body.
The sparger for KLa value exceeding the standard one-hole sparger (ver-A). 
Converting the Batch-SUB to Perfusion-SUB is easy.

The Clotho diaphragm pump Drive Unit and software controls accurately the stroke volume, number of strokes, and very important fluid velocity of the Thalia TM60 pump. 

Pressure drop along the Hollow-Fibre-Filter (HFF) are measured by Clotho allowing fully automatic harvest and selectable instant higher fluid velocity for the sequential HFF cleaning eliminating HFF blockage or fouling.
