SUBmerged 13 ATF

Re-Invented ATF Perfusion-SUB

Traditional build-your-self desktop ATF systems depend on quite a long fluid path from bioreactor broth to the Hollow-Fiber-Filter and any of the pumps in use not able to keep the HFF fouling free.

The photo on the left shows SepraPor C224 HFF SUBmerged into the 13 liter SUB broth volume and the servo motor on top.
On the top of SepraPor the inverted Thalia LASER guided diaphragm pump avoid cell accumulation.
The photo on the right shows the same SUBmerged ATF P-SUB from a different angle.

Revolutionizing pre-assembled perfusion SUBmerged by the unique design avoid unwanted dead-volume and shear stress by eliminating traditional fluid path. The LASER guided Thalia diaphragm pump master accurately stroke volume, number of strokes, and very important fluid velocity.

DeltaP along the Hollow-Fibre-Filter (HFF) are measured by Clotho Drive Unit allowing fully automatic harvest at low broth velocity and selectable instant high fluid velocity for sequential HFF cleaning eliminating HFF blockage/fouling.
