Clio™ CM80 and CM100 customizable through standard accessories
Clio stand-alone is our standard fluid conveying OneWay-Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP) build for super accurate operation by the advanced Clotho Drive Units. Clio is a true metering pump = Positive Displacement (PD) pump = mass-flow measured accurately, constantly and as such need no calibration or mass-flow sensor. Hereby replaces peristaltic pumps which do require regular calibration and/or a mass flow sensor installed. Other sizes is possible on request like CM60 and CM140.

The chart above and photo below shows all the individual parts for CM80 and CM100. Hereby possible to describe the desired customized version accurately suitable for any purpose. Hoses, swabable valves, hose clamps according to selected OUT/IN. Check the Clio O-SUP spec here. Pump price for CM80 and CM100 (series 39) is not depending on configuration.
OUT / IN parts can be mixed according to needs respecting OUT and IN sides (which cannot be mixed). Click on the photo with all the parts to expand and see numbering details. The CM80 and CM100 bodies are equipped with a trapped gas release barb, a hose, a hose clamp and swabable valve. When TC is chosen the TC is delivered open but dual bag sealed. All parts E-beam irradiated - not designed to be autoclaved.
The red LASER sensor (part of Clotho) is connected via a 1.5 meter cable from the Clotho Drive Unit to Clio's Red-LASER-Support (RLS). The Clotho Drive Unit measures simultaneously diaphragm position and drive gas pressure equivalent to pumped system DeltaP.

Clio Single-Use-Pump chamber are manufactured from medical grade Nylon. The elastic diaphragm is manufactured from medical grade silicone. The two valves are manufactured from medical grade silicone. Platinum cured silicone hoses for potential trapped gas release. Delivered dual bag packed and E-beam irradiated.
Adapters
In order to make life easier we have designed these kits.
Clio do not require a physical support. The design have a flat body for simple horizontal arrangement. Clio be arranged horizontal or vertical on a desktop in an adapter if preferred.
Clio can easily be attached to a Sitted-Tank-Reactor (STR) vertically with the shown Click-On designed kit.
The two part construction consists of a ring to fit around the GL80 nut as used on the glass STR and the vertical adapter to be clocked-on on the mounting ring.
