General features of CellRetention™ mini-P-SUB for DASbox:
- Based on the bioBLU 0.3 batch SUB designed with magnetic HPD for the DASbox
- Alternating broth volume and HFF velocity fully programmable, accurately measured and fully repeatable – no guessing
- SepraPor HFF with pore 0.2 µm, 110 cm2 area, 1 mm lumen
- The complete and pre-assembled mini-P-SUB packed in dual film bags and precision irradiated – forget the autoclave
- P-SUB dim OD 76 x 120 mm for Working Volume (WV) ranging from 80 ml up to 200 ml
- Thermal control, agitation, aeration, media addition as offered by DASbox
The DASbox dummy shows the latest ver-10 TFF and new ver-1 ATF. Example of how 8 in parallel CellMembra-300 TFF inserted into the DASbox can operate controlled by dual Clotho each tower and DasWare. The pressurized air and vacuum delivered by dual Alagonia and one Sarpedon for each of two towers.
Furthermore, the P-SUB mini features:
- Magnetic HPD for up to 250 RPM as to the DASbox
- One std bioBLU pitch blade impeller
- 3 small diameter weldable hoses length 600 mm (upgraded from the 100 mm std)
- 1 short hose with 5 cm2 sterile filter for aeration
- 1 short hose with swabable valve for bottom sampling
- 1 exhaust hose with 16 cm2 sterile filter
- One level sensor and one ground electrode
