The 3 liter Perfusion-SUBmerged (P-SUB) is fully assembled, ready to use, operating after the ATF method

SUBmerged 3 liter features:

  • 0.4 - 2 liter Working Volume fully pre-assembled P-SUB
  • Alternating broth by Thalia diaphragm Alternating-Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP)
  • SepraPor C112 HFF (Hollow-Fibre-Filter) with 420 cm2 surface SUBmerged directly into the broth

Benefits are:

  • HFF fouling – freedom to select broth velocities flushing out debris from inside the lumen
  • Dead volume – skip all the hoses and plastic connectors
  • Cell death - inverted Thalia pump above the HFF and P-SUB cannot accumulate cells 
  • Shear force – remove all hoses and fittings and SUBmerge the HFF into the broth inside the P-SUB

This December - early demo of the 3 liter P-SUB with SUBmerged SepraPor C112 and inverted Thalia TM80 with red LASER support on top. The product name “CellRetention-3-MST” can be found under Commerce. MST explain that the 3 liter P-SUB is mounted in the Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) on the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST). Reason is simple – there is not space for both servo motor, sensors and SUP on head plate. The InCyte biomass seen mounted on the vessel wall.
