Fully assembled P-SUBmerged (series 31) with Vessel Volume (VV) ranging 250 ml for the Modular or 0.3 for DASbox or scalable further from 0.5 - 3 - 6 - 13 up to 30 liter rigid plastics - at present. As Thalia and SepraPor is scalable PerfuseCell will go further up in P-SUBmerged volume when needed.

The industry is facing the well known problem of cleaning and keep the Hollow-Fiber-Filter clean in perfusion processes. Lets face it - none of the existing technologies gave us viable solutions. A better technology and reliable platform is required.

The latest invention - P-SUBmerged - features LASER guided diaphragm Single-Use-Pumps named Thalia. Specifically designed to alter accurately broth velocities between harvest cycles and cleaning cycles flushing out HFF fouling. Constant broth velocity like from centrifugal or peristaltic pumps and non-LASER guided diaphragm pumps have proven unable to clean, keep clean, flush out HFF fouling - the challenge of the entire industry.

CellRetention™ (series 31) P-SUBmerged™ operate in ATF mode and integrate the scalable Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP) with the scalable SepraPor® Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF) cartridge, and a range of Single-Use-Sensors. The unique P-SUBmerged design is pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use with Clotho or Lachesis diaphragm pump Drive Units. 

  2. CellMembra™ (series 30) P-SUBs operate in TFF mode and integrate the scalable Clio OneWay-Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP) with the SepraPor® Hollow-Fiber-Filter cartridges and multiple Single-Use-Sensors. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use with the diaphragm pump Drive Units. 

  3. When there is a need for Thalia (series 32) alternating diaphragm pump pre-assembled with larger SepraPor HFF cartridges scaling from 30 liter and up - ask PerfuseCell
