CellRetention^TM is a world first and very early family of all single-use Pulsating-Tangential-Flow combined with a Single-Use-Bioreactor (SUB), a Cross-Flow-Filter (CFF) and a Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP). The 3 litre P-SUB for mammalian cell cultivation operating at high cell density like 40-80 mio/cells/ml. Includes all the expected component, fully pre-assembled, fully single-use for Research & Development …. ready to use right out of the box.

Optimised designed for the use of P-SUB operating in perfusion mode for various parallel applications.

The CellRetention^TM comprises a configurable SUB ranging from 500 ml to 3 liter Vessel Volume (VV) and later further up. The integrated Thalia diaphragm SUP sucks and force the broth along the CFF and permeate through the CFF membrane returning the retentate to the SUB.
