Single-Use Perfusion Bioreactor - extensive portfolio

PerfuseCell™ develop and manufacture a variety of configurable Single-Use Bioreactor's for cultivating mammalian cells in perfusion mode for expression of proteins, antibodies, vaccines or proliferation of stem cells - grouped:  

  1. CellRider™ with bottom outlet or head plate outlet / inlet and one or two aseptic connectors is Perfusion-Ready. The CellRider's is available in 3.200 and 13.000 ml Vessel Volume sizes. Fits your existing in-house perfusion / Process-Control-System and your preferred pump and Hollow-Fiber-Filter setup.
  2. CellMembra™ cultivate mammalian cells in suspension or attached to micro-carriers at high cell density under semi-steady state conditions / perfusion mode operation. CellMembra covers at present 2 Vessel Volume sizes (500 and 3.200 ml VV) integrating the Clio One-way-Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP), a selectable Hollow-Fiber-Filter, and multiple Single-Use-Sensor's. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use with the Clotho Drive Unit.
  3. CellRetention™ cultivate suspended mammalian cells at high cell density under semi-steady state conditions /perfusion mode. The CellRetention concept provides small system sizes (at present 500 and 3.200 ml Vessel Volume) integrating the Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Exchanger (A-SUE), a selectable Hollow-Fiber-Filter, and a range of Single-Use-Sensor's. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use with Clotho Drive Unit's.
  4. CellTernate™ cultivate suspended mammalian cells at high cell density under semi-steady state conditions / perfusion mode. The CellTernate concept is at present offered in one size 400 - 2.000 ml (Working Volume) integrating the Aglaea Alternating-Single-Use-Exchanger (A-SUE), a Hollow-Fiber-Filter, pH and DO Single-Use-Sensor's. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use combined with the ATF-2 stainless steel diaphragm pump foot and the Repligen C24 controller. 
  5. CellCore™ concept support mammalian cells at continuous cultivation at constant high cell density under steady state conditions. The fixed packed-bed system eliminates gradients in primary and secondary metabolite and supports cultivation of both adherent and suspension mammalian cell lines.
  6. iCORE concept is small steady-state continues cultivation SUB harboring adherent cell lines for expression or proliferation under steady state conditions.
