PerfuseCell™ develop and manufacture a variety of configurable Single-Use-Bioreactor's for cultivating cells in perfusion mode for expression of proteins, antibodies, vaccines etc. grouped:  

  1. CellMembra™ cultivate mammalian cells in suspension or attached to micro-carriers at high cell density in perfusion mode operation. CellMembra provides a range of system sizes integrating the Clio Re-circulating-Single-Use-Pump (R-SUP), a selectable Cross-Flow-Filter, and multiple Single-Use-Sensor's. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use.
  2. CellRetention™ cultivate suspended mammalian cells at high cell density in perfusion mode. The CellRetention concept provides a range of small system sizes (500 and 3.200 ml) integrating the Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP), a selectable Cross-Flow-Filter, and plenty of Single-Use-Sensor's. All pre-assembled, pre-packed and ready for easy use.
  3. iCORE concept is small steady-state continues cultivation SUBs for adherent cell lines for expression.
  4. CellCore™ concept support mammalian cells at continuous cultivation at constant high cell density under steady state conditions. The fixed packed-bed system eliminates gradients in primary and secondary metabolite and supports cultivation of both adherent and suspension mammalian cell lines.

Single-Use-Bioreactor cultivating at cell density reaching 100x10E+6 cells/ml in perfusion mode. Integrating Recirculating-Single-Use-Pump (R-SUP), Cross-Flow-Filter, and Single-Use-Sensor’s. Available since 2016 for R&D projects.

CellRetention™ 31 series Single-Use-Bioreactor cultivating at cell density reaching 100x10E+6 cells/ml in perfusion mode. Integrating the diaphragm Alternating-Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP), Cross-Flow-Filter, and Single-Use-Sensor’s. Available medio 2018 for R&D projects.

iCORE 32 series

100 or 200 ml 3D CellCore scaffold based P-SUB for use with DASbox, bioBLOCK, iCELLis Nano. Available from 2019 for development projects in collaboration with end-user.

CellCompact 33 series

Mini matrix CP-SUB (15 ml matrix volume) designed for cell testing and screening purposes combined with various scaffold's. Available since 2013.

CellTank™ 34 series

150 ml 3D CellCore matrix CP-SUB designed for CHO cell reaching 150x10E+6 cells/ml matrix. Cultivate various cell lines in perfusion. Available since 2013.
