Convert batch STR or SUB to ATF-SUBmerged P-SUB - series 33
CellRetention ATF kits for converting a batch STF or SUB to SUBmerged P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) with one free PG13 port for semi-continuous expression of proteins or expressions of stem cells by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. The LASER controlled Clio diaphragm O-SUP driven by Clotho keep the SepraPor HFF clean. Designed to be installed by end-user under sterile conditions – like under the hood. The SUP available as Straight or Angled. Kits consist of Thalia SUP and SepraPor 0.2 µm pore HFF and needed hoses all pre-assembled, double bag packed and E-beam irradiated. Dont forget to pre-wet / wash / rinse the HFF after installed and before use.
