Servo motor adapters for MST and HPD

Agitation to be divided between two mechanically different methods of rotational transfer:

  • Bottom drive - either mechanical or magnetic
  • Head-Place-Drive - either mechanical or magnetic

PerfuseCell deal with:

  1. Bottom drive - Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD) connected to Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST)
  2. Head-Place-Drive (HPD) - mechanical via OD8 mm SUB axle and a coupling

Any of A or B use the same servo motor adapters - of which a few examples are shown below.

The most widely used adapter concepts for servo motors was introduced by B.Braun, Melsungen in the 1980ties. This adapter design help to standardize and facilitates also various equipment supplied by a huge supplier from Göttingen.

3 different servo motor adapters which all fit the ID39-B adapter concept. Just a few of which PerfuseCell can offer.

3 different examples of servo motor adapter kits for the ID39-B concept. The list is endless though deeply dependent on the Process-Control-System (PCS) in use. Check out here the “problems” we deal with - https://cercell.com/bioreactor-support/drive-system-details/servo-motors
