- Agitation by OD 30 mm pitch blade impeller via Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD)
- Efficient micro pore sparger for high cell density, deep-tubes, addition, harvest, etc
- SepraPor C012-xx1x HFF(Hollow-Fibre-Filter) with 110 cm2 surface and HFF inlet SUBmerged directly inside the broth
- Single-Use-Sensors(SUS) for DO, pH, temp, level
OUTSIDE the P-SUB
- 3 small diameter weldable hoses length 600 mm
- 1 small short hose with 5 cm2sterile filter for aeration
- 1 small short hose with swabable valve for bottom sampling
- 1 exhaust gas hose with 16 cm2sterile filter
- Electrical temperature control = Heating-Support-Foot (HSF)
The kit / the package consists of:
- P-SUB dim is OD 82 x 120 mm for Working Volume (WV) ranging from 100 ml up to 400 ml designed with 3 x PG 13.5 head plate ports and 6 ports for In&Out with small diameter hoses
- SepraPor HFF cartridge SUBmerged (manufactured by Meissner Corp) with pore 0.2 µm, 110 cm2area combined with the inverted Thalia
- One port occupied by OneFerm pH Single-Use-Sensor (SUS)
- One port occupied by VisiWell Single-Use-Well (SUW) designed for VisiFerm (RUS) DO sensor
- One port occupied by SUBmerged kit 110 cm2 and Thalia TM60

- Agitation drive by any servo motor by Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST)
- Thermal control with the – Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) available for 110 VAC and 230 VAC
- Thalia SUP exchanged broth volume fully programmable and obtained velocity accurately measured – no guessing
- Delivered dual bagged and E-beam irradiated – ready to install - don’t forget to wet/rinse the HFFbefore use.
