Traditional ATF setup with HFF on top of diaphragm pump
PerfuseCell present traditional design ATF-External systems.
Shown 3 and 6 liter P-SUBs with Magnetic-Bottom-Drive, controlled diaphragm A-SUP connected to TC type HFF. The customizable SUB suction deep-tube connects via a hose to the standard HFF top at feed side and opposite to the A-SUP. The A-SUP is mounted on a foot, and underneath the SUP the red LASER sensor for real-time measuring the position of the diaphragm and hereby full control of velocity and selected exchange volume.
P-SUB in standard configuration available as:
- 100% configurable design for the 3 liter Vessel Volume (VV) - Working Volume (WV) as low as 400 ml
- 100% configurable design for the 13 liter Vessel Volume (VV) - Working Volume (WV) as low as 4 liter
- Agitation from bottom by Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD) driven by the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST)
- Agitation from top, Head-Plate-Drive (HPD) and any type and number of impellers as an option
