CellRetention™ even at high cell density keep HFF clean in ATF mode

 

CellRetention is a concept extended from work at customer site late 2017 – mammalian cell cultivated in suspension, cell retention. Broth exchanged forth and back along the HFF by the Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Pump. CellRetention was originally designed for use in parallel applications - 4 or 8 small P-SUBs for DASbox. All single-use, pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the bag.

Latest developed is "SUBmerged" integrating all components into one package.

 

The key to the fantastic performance is not the HFF or the SUB - but the LASER guided Thalia A-SUP and by Clotho controlled operation. When any volume and velocity can be programmed and repeated accurately - then the HFF stays clean all through the process !
