CellRetention ATF kit for converting a batch STF/SUB to SUBmerged P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) with a free PG13 port for semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. Designed to be installed by end-user under sterile conditions – like under the hood. Kit consists of Thalia SUP and SepraPor 0.2 µm pore HFF.
