CellRetention ATF kits for converting a batch STF or SUB to SUBmerged P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) with one free PG13 port for semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. Designed to be installed by end-user under sterile conditions – like under the hood. Kit consists of Thalia SUP and SepraPor 0.2 µm pore HFF.
