CellRetention ATF kits (0.2 µm pore HFF) for converting a batch STF/SUB to SUBmerged P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) with a free PG13 port. For semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. Designed to be installed by end-user under sterile conditions – like under the hood.
