Single-Use upstream Semi-Continuous Processing see ever increasing international interest. Missing is though the 100% pre-assembled and ready to use Perfusion Single-Use Bioreactor (P-SUB). We have all used with great pleasure the ATF for almost 20 years. Thanks to Jerry - but now it’s about time for the next technology jump. The CellMembra Perfusion-SUB's range from as small as 500 ml and up to 13 liter. The P-SUB integrates the customizable Single-Use-Bioreactor (SUB) with the high precision unique Clio Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP) and Single-Use-Sensor's (SUS) with the single-use Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF).

CellMembra 500 ml SUB shown. 1 – 4 x PG 13,5 ports for sensors. 2 - Fitted into a foot for liquid or electrical heating. Connected via cable to red Laser sensor and via blue hose to diaphragm pump. 3 – Ultra compact and precisely operating Clotho Drive Unit.

CellMembra^TM comprises a configurable P-SUB optimised for use in single or in various parallel applications. From the SUB the integrated diaphragm O-SUP sucks and force the broth along the (HFF) hollow fibres. The permeate pass through the HFF membrane and retentate returns to the SUB. Pre-installed high-quality Single-Use-Sensors for DO and pH measurements that fits any Process-Control-System.
