Drive of Single-Use-Pump’s and Single-Use-Exchanger's

The portfolio of CellMembra and CellRetention Perfusion-SUBs are driven by the Clotho hardware/software for super accurate control and comprehensive data acquisition. The ultra compact Clotho Drive Unit is able to control both the Clio One-way-Single-Use-Pump's (O-SUPs) and the Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Exchanger (A-SUE) over distances up to 2 meter with 1% accuracy.

  • Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Exchanger (A-SUE) integrated with the CellRetention P-SUB operating in perfusion mode

Clotho-2

Dual channel (stereo) Drive Unit for independent control of two: 

  • Clio One-way-Single-Use-Pump's (O-SUP) integrated with the CellMembra P-SUB operating in perfusion mode
  • Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Exchanger's (A-SUE) integrated with the CellRetention P-SUB operating in perfusion mode

Clotho require pressurized air and vacuum supply for drive of the Clio and Thalia cell's. You may have pressurized air and vacuum in your lab. If not available then the units below may be of help.

Alagonia

Hephaestus U2 or U3 cabinets integrating one diaphragm pump supplying either pressurized air or vacuum

Sarpedon

Hephaestus U2 cabinet integrating two separate 1 litre metal storage chambers. Connects to Alagonia or other source for pressure / vacuum wave absorption.
