Low dead volume ATF

Very low dead volume ATF

Any Process-Control-System should be able to control the SUBs process parameters. The add on Clotho drive unit independently measure also pressure drop along the Hollow-Fibre-Filter (HFF) allowing fully automatic harvest and fully selectable fluid velocity for the sequential HFF cleaning eliminating blockage / fouling.

The left photo shows a 1 liter Working Volume Perfusion-SUB with very low dead volume in the ATF fluid path. On top of the HFF the Thalia pump with the red LASER sensor support. Note there is NO flow restricting Luer-Lok in the broth path for lowest possible shear stress. The InCyte capacitance biomass sensor mounted on single-use patch. Further DO VisiFerm and the OneFerm Single-Use-Sensor pre-installed.
Centre photo show the P-SUB mounted in the Heating-Support-Foot combined with the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table separating a heavy servo motor from the light weight P-SUB.
Right photo the dual channel Clotho drive unit for two Thalia diaphragm pumps.
