PerfuseCell offer a pre-assembled ATF kit to connect STRs or SUBs in sizes from small to large based on LASER guided Thalia diaphragm pump integrating the SepraPor HFF.
The portfolio combines the scalable Thalia unified with scalable SepraPor manufactured by Meissner Corp. and with selectable retentate and permeate outlet all pre-assembled as needed and E-beam irradiated ready to install.
Thalia Alternating-Single-Use-Pump keep the HFF clean:
- The diaphragm Alternating-Single-Use-Pump (A-SUP) exchange back and forth broth from inside the STR / SUB through the HFF at selected velocities - mainly low for harvest and sequentially few high velocity pulses for cleaning
- The high precision LASER sensor measures in real-time and accurate the position of the diaphragm so broth velocity and exchanged volume can be performed
- Thalia exchanges any volume within its spec programmable from 0.1 to >10 m/sec velocity through the HFF securing the HFF stay clean throughout the entire process
