SUBmerged™ 250 kit for the Modular PCS

CellRetention 250 ml P-SUBmerged unique arrangement integrates all 3 components in one unit for very easy Modular PCS installation. Modular takes care of agitation, aeration, pH, DO and media. Clotho Drive Unit controls Thalia which takes care of ATF perfusion and protects the HFF.
Clotho Drive Unit integrates pressures, vacuum, volume sensing eliminating the need for external sensors for HFF pressure drop, mass-flow measurements. Clotho process software masters accurately the programmable stroke volume, number of strokes, the allowed pressure drop along the HFF for fully automatic low broth harvest velocity and fully selectable high broth velocity for the sequential lumen cleaning eliminating HFF blockage.

- Combine the 250 ml "Easy-Connect" SUB with our SUBmerged kit integrating SepraPor™ 110 cm2, 0.2 µm HFF (manufactured by Meissner Corp) inserted through the SUB sample port and inverted Thalia TM60 SUP on top of HFF for trouble free installation and operation.
- Thalia™ LASER guided Single-Use-Pump controlled by outstanding Clotho™ and its software
- Alternating broth volume and velocity fully programmable, accurately measured and fully repeatable – no process guessing

Installation guide (inside the hood) is this simple - remove the 20 mm sample port silicone plug, insert the white silicone plug into the sample port, add a drop of suitable liquid to the HFF front as lubricant and push the HFF through the silicone plug to 10-15 mm above SUB bottom - that’s it !!
