Re-invented ATF perfusion SUB
Traditional desktop ATF perfusion depends on quite a long fluid path from bioreactor passing hoses and connectors before broth reach the HFF and the diaphragm pump – creating some problems.
What about re-inventing ATF perfusion and avoid fouling, dead volume and shear stress?

What about SUBmerge SepraPor HFF into SUB – invert Thalia pump on top - all one unit ?
- The LASER guided Thalia diaphragm pump is copying the mammalian heart and thus able to alter broth velocity from low for harvest and sequential higher for HFF cleaning.
- Customized SepraPor Hollow-Fiber-Fiber (HFF) SUBmerged into the SUB broth eliminating dead volume and shear stress. Inverted Thalia can not collect and kill cells.
- The Single-Use-Bioreactor (SUB) with Single-Use-Sensor and various hoses as needed.
- The SUB mounted in Heating-Support-Foot on top of the Magnetic-Stirring-Table freeing the SUB from the heavy servo motor. InCyte biomass sensor installed on the SUB side wall.
- Thalia operated by Clotho Drive Unit and software altering accurately the stroke volume, number of strokes, and very important fluid velocity of the Thalia pump. Pressure drop along the HFF are measured by Clotho allowing fully automatic harvest and selectable instant higher fluid velocity for the sequential cleaning eliminating HFF blockage or fouling.
