Parallel small volume TFF P-SUB for DasBox

Traditional desktop ATF depend on quite a long fluid path from bioreactor passing the HFF to the diaphragm pump on the lab table.

Which means unwanted dead-volume in said fluid path and shear stress passing Luer-Loc connections.

The photo to the left shows heavily customized 0.3 bioBLU mounted with a Clio CM80/30 LASER guided diaphragm pump. Note there is NO flow restricting Luer-Lok for lowest possible shear stress and lowest possible dead-volume in the fluid path.
The photo  in the middle illustrates a compact but rather crowded DasBox setup simplified by a fully loaded pre-assembled single-use package seen on the photo to the right.

The Clotho diaphragm pump drive unit and software controls accurately the stroke volume, number of strokes, and very important fluid velocity of the Clio pump.

Pressure drop along the Hollow-Fibre-Filter (HFF) are measured by Clotho allowing fully automatic harvest and selectable high fluid velocity for the sequential HFF cleaning eliminating HFF blockage or fouling.

The complete P-SUB package is designed to fit the DasBox Process-Control-System.
