CellMembraTM is a world first family of single-use Pulsating-Tangential-Flow (PTF = next step after ATF). We have combined a Single-Use-Bioreactor (SUB), a Cross-Flow-Filter (CFF) and a Single-Use-Pump (SUP). This model designed for 1 litre mammalian cell cultivation operating at high cell density like 75-100 mio/cells/ml. The CellMembraTM comprises a configurable SUB ranging 1 litre WV. From the SUB the integrated SUP sucks and force the broth along the CFF and permeate through the CFF membrane returning the retentate to the SUB.
