Pre-assembled ATF-SUBmerged P-SUB – series 31
P-SUBmerged (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) for semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. The LASER controlled Thalia diaphragm A-SUP keep the SepraPor 0.2 µm pore, 1 mm lumen HFF clean and only require Clotho, Lachesis to operate. Hamilton VisiWell for VisiFerm DO, OneFerm pH and optional biomass InCyte sensor patch included as needed and space wise possible.
