CellMembra™ P-SUB cultivate mammalian cells at high density via cell retention in TFF perfusion mode operation for weeks.

CellMembra is a range of cultivation system sizes integrating all the components. The Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor (P-SUB) integrates the unique Clio diaphragm One-way-Single-Use-Pump (O-SUP) with the SepraPor Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF) and Hamilton Single-Use-Sensors (SUS). The unique Clio O-SUP is designed to flush out debris keeping the HFF clean even in TFF mode.

CellMembra present range of scalable P-SUBs fully pre-assembled with / integrating SepraPor Hollow-Fiber-Filter and Clio diaphragm Single-Use-Pump into a unique assembly driving the perfusion process. The unique super compact Clotho Drive Unit in center of photos.

Customizable CellMembra series 30 integrated portfolio:

  • 80 - 150 ml P-SUB Working Volume (WV) - 300 ml Vessel Volume (VV) - for DASbox
  • 100 - 350 ml P-SUB Working Volume (WV) - 500 ml VV - for Cronus-PCS or most PCS
  • 0.4 - 2 litre P-SUB Working Volume (WV) - 3 liter VV - for Cronus-PCS or most PCS
  • 4 - 10 liter P-SUB Working Volume (WV) - 13 liter VV - ultimo 2026 - for Cronus-PCS or most PCS

All pre-assembled, pre-packed, all single-use (of course) and ready for easy use. Work with most Process-Control-Systems.
