Movies of CerPhragm SUPs

Movie which illustrate the LASER controlled performance

On this link you find two Clotho GUI screen dumps of how simple programming allowing both Thalia A-SUPs and Clio O-SUPs to jump between;

  • Normal Cycle - broth exchange with low velocities
  • Cleaning Cycle - efficient HFF cleaning with high broth velocities

Find below movies where the A-SUPs is connected to a HFF “dummy” where the piston movement inside the transparent cylinder clearly illustrates the:

  • Normal Cycle - broth exchange with low piston speed less than 1 m/s
  • Cleaning Cycle - high piston speed for HFF cleaning around 10 m/s

Thalia M140 A-SUP mounted with a 1½” HFF dummy – the piston moves according to Normal Cycle for 3 strokes and accelerate for 1 stroke Cleaning Cycle – repeating again and again. Thalia M100 mounted with a ¾” HFF dummy – the piston moves according to Normal Cycle for 3 strokes and 1 stroke Cleaning Cycle – repeating again and again.

Same setup now with a real HFF in between the A-SUP and HFF dummy. The Thalia M80 with Luer-Lok HFF in not in operation.
