World first family of Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactors (P-SUB) integrating a Pulsating-Tangential-Flow CFF (comparable to ATF but not, new PTF). Designed for mammalian cell cultivation at high cell density like 75-100 mio/cells/ml. The CellMembra^TM P-SUB integrates both the Cross-Flow-Filter (CFF) for cell retention and harvest cleaning and the Clio Single-Use-Pump.

The SUB requires the ultra compact Clotho software housed in the Drive Unit from PerfuseCell. The Clotho control platform is equipped with 5” touch sensitive display for simple programming of the Single-Use-Pump.
