P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) for semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. The LASER controlled Thalia diaphragm A-SUP keep the HFF clean. Hamilton VisiWell for VisiFerm DO, OneFerm pH and biomass InCyte ARC sensors (above OD 110 mm) included as needed and space wise possible.
