P-SUB (Perfusion-Single-Use-Bioreactor) for semi-continuous expression of proteins, anti-bodies by cultivation of mammalian cell lines in perfusion mode. The LASER controlled Thalia diaphragm A-SUP keep the SepraPor HFF clean and require Clotho to operate. Hamilton VisiWell for VisiFerm DO, OneFerm pH and biomass InCyte sensor patch (above OD 110 mm) included as needed and space wise possible.
